Plan
The watercolour series Plan focuses on the background (as opposed to the homogeneous background of the installation), which is interrupted by the empty spaces occupied by the text boxes. The work clearly depicts the sky, but not realistically and not based on a photograph or a study. As the subject matter allows it to be created organically, obeying the movement of the material. The evolving cloudy surface, which emerges while painting, is the most freely treated part of the exhibition. The serial nature of the work hints at the processes of planning, displaying several possible variations.
